HOW IT WORKS
The steps in our process.
STEP 1: Evaluate Current Processes
- Fleet Manager provides SWC with data on current inventory
- SWC provides cost analysis on current processes versus implementing Elite Toll Solution
- Determine how to reconcile any outstanding charges, if applicable
STEP 2: Organization Establishes Account with SWC
- SWC will identify appropriate agency contacts
- Establish preferred payment method
- Identify toll agencies to include
STEP 3: SWC Integrates with Toll Agencies
- SWC will manage information exchange with identified toll agencies
- SWC will close any existing accounts, convert to an SWC account and refund any prepaid balances
- SWC will upload all vehicle inventory into system
STEP 4: Account Management and Customer Support
- Transactions loaded into web-based application daily
- Automated invoices are sent electronically at scheduled frequency
- Easily dispute individual transactions via web-based application
- Disputed transactions are removed and invoice automatically recalculated until resolved/confirmed
- If no disputes within allotted review timeframe, payment will be processed using preferred payment method
- SWC will serve as the single point of contact and liaison with toll agencies for questions or concerns
