Jeﬀ sits on the Board of Directors and serves as President for the American Collectors Association (ACA) of Texas.

Vice President of Information Technology
Vamsi leads the information technology team, ensuring the availability, integrity and security of all IT systems and infrastructure. Vamsi also focuses on designing business intelligence tools to help drive recoveries. Vamsi Bogullu has more than 11 years of experience in managing enterprise-wide mission critical systems and creating business intelligence and data mining tools across diverse industries, including collections and education.

Jeff has more than 15 years of experience and provides strategic leadership and hands-on direction for all aspects of call center operations including strategic planning, development, staffing, management and financial performance. He manages and coordinates action plans for daily operations, establishes work priorities, and ensures client performance needs are met while meeting cost, productivity, and quality goals.

Kevin has over 20 years of industry experience in both on and offshore Operational Management and Business Development. As the Vice President of Business Development, Kevin will provide leadership in the areas of client acquisition, product development and client services. He has built a solid reputation for providing exceptional service by understanding and exceeding clients’ expectations.
Vice President of Operations
Derek Cox has over 13 years of global call center customer service experience and is responsible for compliance with all contract and performance requirements. Derek has successfully launched multiple diverse 3rd party debt collection projects, with steep ramp up times, and strict SLA’s. He believes the secret to a successful outsourcing project is to establish a clear understanding of what you deem to be success, to provide a seamless extension of your operation with a dedicated team who have a “can do” attitude with “bench strength” and a regular two way open communication where ideas are freely shared to constantly improve upon the “status quo”.
