He spent more than eight years as a certified public accountant providing financial services for many Fortune 500 clients and served as a manager for the international accounting firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jeﬀ sits on the Board of Directors and serves as President for the American Collectors Association (ACA) of Texas.

Vice President of Information Technology
Vamsi leads the information technology team, ensuring the availability, integrity and security of all IT systems and infrastructure. Vamsi also focuses on designing business intelligence tools to help drive recoveries. Vamsi Bogullu has more than 11 years of experience in managing enterprise-wide mission critical systems and creating business intelligence and data mining tools across diverse industries, including collections and education.

Chief Operating Officer
Jeff has more than 15 years of experience and provides strategic leadership and hands-on direction for all aspects of call center operations including strategic planning, development, staffing, management and financial performance. He manages and coordinates action plans for daily operations, establishes work priorities, and ensures client performance needs are met while meeting cost, productivity, and quality goals.

Chief Marketing Officer
Clayton leads SWC's product development and opportunity acquisition department. He is tasked with developing solutions that leverage our organizational strengths with market needs. Clayton has more than 28 years of experience serving many roles in both the operational service delivery and in developing new departments/products for implementation. He previously served as the Assistant Executive Director of Operations at the North Texas Tollway Authority where he lead a workforce of approximately 700 employees in various departments, including customer service and revenue collections.

Kevin has over 20 years of industry experience in both on and offshore Operational Management and Business Development. As the Vice President of Business Development, Kevin will provide leadership in the areas of client acquisition, product development and client services. He has built a solid reputation for providing exceptional service by understanding and exceeding clients’ expectations.
Lori ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, client invoicing and fund transfer activities while providing an ease of doing business with our clients. Additionally, oversees the Consumer Account Resolution Team to ensure consumers’ disputes and other requests are efficiently researched and resolved. Lori has more than 26 years of experience in financial accounting, including three years spent in the public sector. Her experience spans various facets of the service industry, with the last 16 years focusing solely on the collections industry.

With over twenty-five years of globally diverse industry experience in Operational Management, Mrs. Cross has built a solid reputation for providing exceptional service by understanding and exceeding client expectations. As our Vice President of Operations, Mrs. Cross will maximize staff potential, while providing leadership in areas of operational process delivery. Mrs. Cross has previously served as a Chief Operating Officer within the accounts receivable management industry, where she was responsible for the oversight of 3 operational call center locations in multiple states, as well as over 1000 employees throughout multiple departments. She has nearly two decades of executive management experience of corporate planning, as well as the successful implementation of various new acquisitions and processes.
